Prayers requested for one of our own.

Whether the need is great or small, there is power in prayer, especially when God's people raise their voices together.

Glad to have you back and even more glad that they caught it in time. The good Lord was watching out over you and this was his way of telling you to take it easy. Do what the docs say, get some rest and keep us informed. Continued prayers are being sent for your health.

Welcome back, Bill. I'm glad you are on the road to recovery.

You gave us quite a scare, old buddy!

Thank you. I read about your health problems in another thread so I offer my prayers for your healing. Please take care of yourself as well.

Good to see you back in the saddle!

Unless you're in a coma, the last thing hospitals are made for is sleeping. I've never understood that. You'd reasonably think that good, restorative sleep would be important to almost any ailment you have. But no. The priority instead seems to be to get blood pressure, heart rate, O2 saturation, and temperature every two hours like clockwork. It's a pervasive, system-wide study about the effects of sleep deprivation on physical recovery. :???:

Continued prayers for you, Bill. And thank goodness your boots are still safe from Andy...

DAGGUM! I read in one thread where you said "I don't take baby aspirin...it causes bad things..." The very next thread I saw said you was in the hospital...lol.

Good to see you out and around though. Maybe rethink the baby aspirin?...lol

I'm waiting on the results of a blood test this morning to check my Mg level. Mrs. Oldgringo is leaving town Saturday for five days. If I need another infusion, we need to do it before now and then. I doubt whether the dog or the cats would call for an ambulance if I have another seizure in her absence?

Other than my Hypoparathyroidism and Hypomagnesemia condition, everything else is pretty much where it should be. I even passed the Medicare dementia test during my annual checkup a couple weeks ago. Thanks for asking.

That was already pointed out to me by another forum member. ;-)
I can not take aspirin with the new medication [blood thinner] that I am taking.
