The Adjutant General Governor’s 20 Competition is an annual marksmanship competition for Texas Military Forces to include Texas Air National Guard, Texas Army National Guard and State Guard. The Governors Twenty consist of the top 20 shooters from four weapon disciplines; Pistol, Rifle, Light Machine Gun and Sniper. The top eight (8) shooters from each of the pistol and rifle and the top two (2) from each of the machine gun and snipers for a total of twenty (20) best shooters in Texas forming The Governor's Twenty. The Governor's Twenty patch is proudly worn on both the combat and dress uniforms.

Texas Military Forces had the 2013 AG Sniper and Machine gun competitions this past weekend. You can also see photos/info from this year's Pistol and Rifle competitions as well.
