SB122-CHL Confidentiality
Iread in yesterdays paper that the senator who controls whether this bill gets a hearing said he has not heard great enthusiasm for the bill. He also said he had not heard a compelling argument not to keep the permits an open record. The house bill(991) won preliminary house approval by 135-7. Does this mean if SB122 does not get a hearing in the senate this thing is dead? It looks like newspapers and eletronic media are against this.
