AT LEAST 10 ACRES!!! And a means to keep the lead from crossing your property line...and NEVER, EVER, EVER anywhere with a HOME OWNERS ASS. unless you completly and totally agree with EVERY rule on the books. Yes, it will matter!

Land prices around San Antonio, Hill Country, etc range from $2500 to ridiculous and beyond. Coming down to "Mild interest" level.
