I saw this story on the evening news. It's about more women showing interest in training with firearms at the Citizens' Academy in Dallas:

One of the favorite stats that I like to cite
from the Texas DPS 2008 Demographic data is
that 18% of that year's CHL's were given to women.

Don't mess with Texas women.
