Re: HB 47 and 48
I'm just finishing up listening to the meeting. My sense is that the committee is generally in favor of these bills. There's no way to know what will happen in Calendars or in the House.

Re: HB 47 and 48
I was at the hearing all day and HB47, HB48 and HB1304 came up last. I testified for HB47 and HB1304 and there were no questions, other than the Chairman's on HB47. The only opposition testimony came from a lady who was there all day and testified against every gun bill, except Lon Burnam's HB383 anti-gun bill.
There appears to be virtually no opposition to HB47, but there may be some that has not surfaced. I can't imagine any opposition to HB1304.
Chas.

Is there text to the amendment bill for open carry (the one correcting the holster requirement problems, etc..)
Re: HB 47 and 48
I watched your testimony. You and Alice did a great job. Thanks for all you do for us, Charles. There's a special place in patriot's hall for you.Charles L. I don't think there will be major opposition to HB47. The arguments for it make far too much sense.
I also agree with you regarding HB1304.
