is 90 days a normal wait for a renewal? buddy of mine just called. he recieved his after 48 days. i emailed them 3 times. they said it is in the background check process. sounds like they don't even know?

DPS received my renewal paperwork on 4/30. CHL in hand 6/7 (my birthday and expiraton date). I have had my chl since day one...don't know if that has anything to do with it.

High - just an FYI. We had 4 ladies complete their CHL and sent the next day. It has now been 90+ days. Will forward specifics when licenses received. Great idea on tracking data. TC

At 79 days I recieved an email from DPS stating that my application had not been entered into the system yet.

DPS recieved my application monday morning on June 9th at 9:37am and my question is what has been the average waiting period for them to email you your PIN # ?
