You don't have to wait 10 years after completion. It's 10 years from the order of deferred adjudication. In other words the date you are ordered to start your probation. Unless title 5 and other violent and sexual felonies. These are what need to be expunged or non disclosure. After completion of any probation if the judge grants the ability to seek a non disclosure you may at the given time of your eligibility. Which the judge also grants you that time you wait to file for a non disclosure.
