ALGOA — Authorities arrested a patron at a video slot machine game room on a felony charge after accusing him of shooting at a fleeing robber.
Christopher Albert Arguijo, 34, of Alvin was charged with deadly conduct with a firearm and released from the Galveston County Jail on a $5,000 bond, sheriff’s office spokesman Maj. Ray Tuttoilmondo said Friday.
