New here, thanks in advance for any and all help. I was arrested in 1969 for Burglary but was not convicted of burglary but convicted of Mischief. Am I still able to apply for CHL and how to report offense on paperwork?

Criminal mischief can be anything from a Class C misdemeanor (not disqualifying) to a First Degree Felony (disqualifying you for CHL).
