Multiple shots center mass? Someone's been practicing. The robber? Not so much. Hope the victim's wounds heal and don't affect his aim or drawing skills.

Nicely done.

I guess he had a "compelling reason" to carry a gun beyond just a simple "desire for self defense"??? :mad5 (He would've been screwed in NY. . . and I guarantee you the BG would've still been armed.)

Hasn't there been several robberies at Metro PCS and other like businesses in DFW? Are the BGs forsaking the convenience store for easier/better pickings?

I've heard of some at the area Game Stops. . . it makes sense: high value, relatively small items that can be sold quickly for cash to anybody on the street.

I'm sorry he had to go through that, and I'm thankful we live in a State that gives us the ability to protect ourselves (legally).

I read the online report by Fox 4 News around 3 p.m. At around 5:10 P.M. on their nightly news they are reporting this incident as though it were a " drug deal gone BAD". No mention was made of the VICTIM of a robbery attempt being a CHL holder. HE -the victim - was referenced as a "suspect" !

No CHL holder is going to be a "suspect" after being shot while defending himself from an armed robbery.

Do we have a naked example here of the "Bloomberg" phenomenum " ? The "Progressive" agenda being spun in real time? This kind of "news" warrants attention if Fox 4 is attempting to "spin" this incident into the " gun violence" file.

Nobody "wins" if the TRUTH is concealed to protect the "progressive" more guns = more " gun violence" agenda.

"Gun violence" isn't always a bad thing.

What channel was that on? Everything I see on 4 or 5 says it was a robbery. http://www.myfoxdfw.com/story/21993610/ ... rman-store" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and http://www.nbcdfw.com/news/local/Robber ... 49841.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Don't find anything on 8

5 P.M. report on Channel 4 out of Ft Worth - the same channel that posted online that a CHL holder was shot in the arm and hand while defending himself from an armed robbery attempt.

Have not accessed any other local reportings on the incident yet. Channel 11 DFW hasn't repored on it yet. I suspect Bloomberg related "spin" is in motion.

I'm stepping out on the proverbial limb - and stating that I believe the FWPD is doing their best to suppress the fact that the victim of an armed robbery defended himself resulting in the death of the perp.

This should not be so "complicated"- unless you don't like the narrative.

Funny, I don't see anything like what you are reporting. Sounds like everything the news says is the guy defended himself in a robbery. DOesn't sound like anything is being hidden except they are not releasing the name of the CHL holder.
