CHL Class in Just One Hour

Post by anygunanywhere »

I was driving home yesterday through Seabrook, idling in traffic on Hwy 146 headed South. There is a new building on the East side of the road with two businesses. One is an exterminating company called Men in Black (I think). The other is a new gun store named "Locked and Loaded".

The gun store has a banner on the outside of the building that states "CHL Classes in as little as 1 Hour".

I have not checked it out to see if this is a Texas CHL course they are advertising. If it is, is this not illegal?

I bet it Virginia online courses. Yes, it would be illegal to give a CHL-100 out after such a class.

I saw that new gun store last weekend & got excited until I saw that they're only open M-F 10a-4p. That plus the chl in an hour thing makes me wonder about these folks. :headscratch

I called the place. I told him I am a busy man and don't have time for the long drawn out classes so what can he do for me?

It is the Virginia Non-resident license.

Quote from the guy who answered the phone: "All the benefits of a concealed handgun license without all of the bureaucracy."
