It would be quite ironic not being able to carry at a professional hunting event.

Sorry for reviving a 2 year old thread, but being as how there has been some new legislation passed recently, I thought it appropriate. Plus, I'm planning on going to Monster Jam tonight. Any update, changes of opinion?

No changes in laws as for carry. Still can't carry at a professional sporting event. Now, is it, or is it not? That is still the question.

If they have a metal detector, then it is a professional sporting event.

If the do not have a metal detector, then it is not a professional sporting event.

See how easy that is?

Incorrect. I have seen plenty of professional sporting events that don't have metal detectors.
