Thanks everybody. My tdl expires in one year. I understand if you have to go in to DMV to renew you have to have a Birth Cert. My mother remarried & I assumed the name I have now. She never legally changed my name. Im trying to correct that now. But luckily I can renew my TDL online this time & they don't ask for birth cert.
PS: IM 60 now I've been using the name I have sense I was 8 back in the sixties.
