Is this a legitimate patch?

Is there a DPS patch for chl instructors that is an official dps sanctioned patch?

I see this one in many places...

No. There is no approved patch. And that patch most likely would be "frowned upon" by DPS.

Be careful not to use the Texas State Seal on anything. You can say you are DPS certified but avoid making it part of anything that makes it look very much like any official State seal.

I wouldn't worry about that. That is the official seal for the state of EX AST. Been there. The food sucks. :smile:

I swear that every time they pull me over I try to tell them that they are out of their jurisdiction but I usually get a mean scowl.
