Welcome to the forum. You might want to do a search on [Pre-paid legal service]. Should be interesting reading.

What does the NRA offer? I have been a member forever and have never seen anything on their website that offers anything that even mentions CHL legal insurance. I have heard this comment several times and can not find anything on the NRA website that refers to this. Please enlighten me and perhaps others.

Edit I found a source... now need to review...

For that much, I think I'd go with one of the general coverage legal plans.

I can spend $20 on airsoft flip up sights for my AR or I can spend 5 times that for magpul sights. Which ones do you think I'm going to purchase and why?

To be honest, the NRA sponsored Lloyd's of London plan doesn't look that great to me but it is hard to read through these insurance plans. Has anyone here had any experience with this NRA sponsored plan? Didn't Lloyd's go bankrupt some years back?

No, although a series of costly disasters, probably aided by the assumption of unexpected risks, caused the bankruptcy of many members of the Lloyds insurance market (AKA "Lloyds 'Names'").
