My 21-year-old son Phillip is disabled but has been in stable health. This morning (Sunday, June 24) he suddenly suffered abdominal distress. We took him to the emergency room at UTMB in Galveston. They could not figure out what is wrong. It's not appendicitis. He was admitted to the hospital, and Mrs. Casey is staying with him.

On Monday the hospital will do tests to identify the problem.

This is probably a clichÃ©, but you never know when your life is going to be shaken by an earthquake. Cherish every minute with your loved ones, and don't let the sun set on your anger.
