30.06 Signs Gone From Hatchell Building (Collin)

For past few years the Hatchell Building (next to Courthouse) in Collin County was posted 30.06. It was an admin building for clerk, auto, property taxes and the like. It was a govt building with no courts or other prohibited. so signs were not enforceable and ignored.

So today I went to pay property taxes and signs were gone.

Amazing what can happen when you put some teeth into the law.
