What is it actually called

#1

Post by Jusme »

This may have been addressed, but I haven't seen it anywhere. What is the actual name of the new License? is it LTC (License To Carry) HL (Handgun License) HCL (Handgun Carry License)? Or something else? Would one of the new recipients please let me know? Mine is still the old CHL.

Just wanted to know for sure.

If I remember correctly from seeing it, it is LTC, License to Carry. I have the old license but one of my co-workers received his earlier this year and showed it to me.

What the title of the little card says is:
LICENSE TO CARRY
HANDGUN

Of course, it is properly centered and spaced. It doesn't say if you can use the handgun, or how to carry the handgun, or if the handgun can actually be larger than your hand. You need to ask Marco Rubio about the latter. "rlol"

As long as it's not designated right or left hand carry I guess it's all good. :biggrinjester:

Thanks for the replies!

I am glad to see she lives in "Anytown" and not "Everytown".

The state has been known to affix the wrong picture to a license. :smilelol5:

There are some forum members here that can attest to that. :biggrinjester:

Yes, that's true. When I received my renewal CHL, all information was correct except.....they had Chuck Norris's picture on my license.....

Chuck called and apologized for the infraction. :smilelol5:

I think she's Junior Samples daughter. You can call her at BR-549.
