Seems the President plans to effectively limited conceal carry to all but someone in the waiting room or just passing through. As a patient you won't be able to carry into a "Designated medical services area."

Not surprising to me. I go to Texas State and you should see the list of rooms declared "off limits" including the entire student health services building. The schools intend to restrict every aspect that they can until they either get fined or lose funding.
