Moved between class and application-How do I handle change of address?

Keeping a long story short, my wife took the class with me almost a year ago. I completed the process immediately, she didn't. We had to move kinda quickly, and her class paperwork got lost in the shuffle.

We're in a new place, and while unpacking she found her class completion form, but it shows our old address. When she completes the process she'll need to provide the new address. I'm assuming the discrepancy will cause problems if left as is, so how should we handle this?
