I know a few international students who are here on a student visa who have expressed interest in becoming a gun owner and getting their LTC. Could someone provide me with a link that explains the details on what they would have to do to get their LTC?
I wasn't sure enough to give them a solid answer on either question. I did a google search and never could find a definitive answer.

Shoot! If Hillary becomes president this international student will probably apply to get the CHL and "accidentally" be issued citizenship!!!
