Uhh, after looking at the cat pictured......

. . . that's a slippery slope with dire consequences if misapplied, which seems inevitable to me.

They're elevating park rangers to be judge, jury, and executioner with the authority to take human life apart from due process. Being accused of poaching in the mind of the government official now warrants a death sentence?
