Registration status report

#1

Post by Charles L. Cotton »

Later this evening, I hope to post a registration status report on http://www.TexasShooting.com. It will show the number of people registered in each seminar, shooting clinic and mini-clinic and it should be helpful in planning your schedule. I will post it every evening after I get a report from TraCoun about the registrations for the day.

TraCoun suggested that people start listing a few (1-4) alternate or backup events you'd like to attend, in case any of your first choices are full. That's a good idea and it's going to become an excellent idea as we get closer to Sept. 27th and events start filling up. When you list backup events, please put them at the bottom of the page, clearly mark them as alternates, and use the "course" numbers, not the titles. Since each mini-clinic is offered three times, the title won't help.

I'll post a notice here when the registration status report is posted. It was created from the event schedule, but some of the titles are abbreviated to give enough room for the count.

I decided to combine the TexasCHLforum Day Schedule with a registration status report so the information is available on one document. The remaining slots available are shown in the upper left corner of each event. This schedule/report will be updated daily when I get the registration report from TraCoun. www.TexasShooting.com

Charles will post an official update later, but we now have 22 registrations, and some of the mini-clinic sessions are getting full. Please don't wait too long to get yours in!

Thanx,
TraCoun

And please list alternate choices!! We already have two people that didn't get 2 or more of the mini-clinics they selected. It would be a good idea not to select alternates that are also close to being full.

I need to check the status of my registration but don't see it on the page at Texas Shooting, do I need to register to see that information? or am I overlooking something? :rules:

We don't publish this information; I just send email confirmations.

I'm a bit confused. What does the number mean next to each seminar? Does it mean how many have registered or does it mean how many spots are left?

The number indicates how many spots remain.

Sent in $40 (for wife and me) on July 30 and have never received an email confirmation for either of us.

Should I be worried?

I understand it would be too work intensive to send notices to everyone...

Is it possible to get a clinic schedule posted listing who made it into each clinic? For those vying for a shotgun clinic spot, it would be useful to know who actually made it in and whether one needs to go purchase a case of shotgun ammo beforehand.

Thanks!
