Freedom Outlaw's Handbook

Has anyone read The Freedom Outlaw's Handbook by Claire Wolfe? I saw it on Amazon and it looks interesting but after reading reviews there, I'm not sure if it's interesting and practical, interesting but impractical, or juvenile silliness.
Looking at the current President and the three front runners for the next President, I think there's a need to go beyond "ballot" and "jury" boxes to protect our rights, but I don't think the third box is the answer. I'm looking for books to help me think outside the boxes but want something practical. Not tinfoil hats and stockpiling for TEOTWAWKI but ways to work around the system.
