Squatters murder owner then stuff her body in duffel bag in closet. Then begin squatting the now empty apartment.
New York twist to the squatter thing. Place you want occupied, just murder the owner.
They need more tenant's rights. There going to charge them for the murder. Not sure if they will be released without bond so they can continue to squat in her apartment.

Really awful, woman just walking down a public sidewalk, lassoed by a man with a belt around her neck pulled down drug by her neck to a spot between two parked cars and raped.
DA more interested in other things right now.
