Yeah they won't get that much, but I think wapo will settle rather than have to defend their story based on a bogus Twitter post. A jury may be more sympathetic to 16 year old than a MSM outlet. Especially, if they start a parade of fake news stories, already disproven that wapo has put out.

How do you punish monetarily the richest man in the world and get him to change his ways.

You make the punitive damages high enough that he will notice. He on the other hand will bankrupt the National Enquirer in his suit for blackmail.
