They can attempt to charge a person for making a ham sandwich wrong but it doesn't mean they will win. IMHO, when a DA brings frivolous charges, a person should be able to sue for financial expenses once they win in court.

I always keep in mind that in NYC, it is illegal to defend yourself from a violent criminal. Victims are expected to die quickly and quietly or face charges because the victim obstructed a criminal during the commission of a crime.

This right here is getting to the point that it enrages me. Why on Gods Green Earth are the people of New York allowing this to happen? For goodness sakes! The criminal element of New York have literally taken control.

Minnesota is the pits. I worked there winter 2020-2021. Unbelievable covid restrictions. -58 degrees wind chill. White out blizzards.

God bless Texas.

A question comes to mind relating to the law requiring serial number to possess a firearm. Did Minnesota require serial numbers to be put on the millions of guns owned by their citizens made prior to 1968? I would be seriously in jeopardy in Minnesota with my collection of vintage Marlin 22 bolt actions.
