Is TRU/BRU a hipster/sustainable/green yupster type place?

If so, I wouldn't go there if they welcomed CHLers...

Or, is it a home brewer beer supply store?

Or...?

I go by intent. An invalid 30.06 sign is equal to a valid 30.06 sign to me. Both of them mean "we don't want your business or your money and if you still shop here you're an idiot". My momma didn't raise no idiots as the saying goes, so I shop elsewhere.

I might have missed it but I don't believe Toys R Us has been posting invalid 30.06. Either they've been posting a generic gun buster sign or a full fledged 30.06.

There was a bit of comment earlier on about valid or invalid signs, in general, so I commented on my thoughts on the matter. It applies everywhere.

I must disagree. A lot of places post incorrect signs on purpose. They do it because they are instructed by higher management to display a 30.06 sign. The person installs an inaccurate sign and everyone is pleased because they haven't really told anyone that they cannot carry, yet the people that object to the licensed carry of firearms are appeased.

I'm sure in some instances that is correct. What percentage of incorrectly posted businesses do you believe do that? How do we differentiate between them? Show me a way to know for certain and I'll make an exception. As it is, I'd rather err on the side of freedom and the Second Amendment.

What evidence do you have to support this?

Here's at least one example:
