I sure can't lay much blame on the other uniformed officers.
Do you have a link to the article you read this in. I cant seem to find it. Thanks in advance.
Baltimore Sun articles won't load right now. Not sure which one it was. Several other stories said he was working somewhere else and responded to a call for officer needs assistance. Police were already there before he got there.

Whoever said to drop his concealed gun after using deadly force and before LEO are the scence is NOT wise person, holster call 911, ask for help and declare that you are armed. Gun on the ground is :nono:

Whoever did not actually read the post and provide a reply that addressed the topic " is NOT wise person" :smilelol5:
ID threat, withdraw using non violent resolution if possible, draw and stop the threat if not.. Holster or drop the gun immediately and call police FIRST before another has the chance to.. Wait for the police in a non threatening position...
Notice the first option is to holster :thumbs2: the second is to drop the gun, and it would depend on the situation... Options are good, common sense better, people who limit them selfs to a single course of action are often remembered fondly at the eulogy. :totap:
