This looks bad to me in too many ways. Maybe someone with small kids, but even that, I have problems with.

The way I look at it is, if you follow all the safety precautions you are supposed to you wont need this.

Though I just skimmed the article I can only sum it up with one word; stupid. :tiphat:

When you need your gun rack it twice and you will have loaded a live round. If your child finds your gun and pulls the trigger, the primer activated Safety Bullet instantly expands in the firing chamber disabling your firearm!

You need it in a hurry, junior had disabled it and not informed you due to embarrassment and shame...
What could go wrong?

In the video he said "clip" proving they know nothing about firearms "rlol"

Seems to me the "safety bullet" will get you killed.
Carry safe and carry when and where you can. I'm just sayin'.

Imo, this a bad idea. It is a bandaid that is no replacement for good safety practices. It is also a disaster waiting to happen in a defensive scenario.

I wonder how you re-enable your gun? Does it kinda deflate after a while? Do you need a gunsmith to fix it, or can you take care of it at home? And if so, how long does it take?

To get it out, you have to take a plastic rod (provided) and use it to tap the center pin that expanded the plastic plug back into the casing, then the "safety round" can be removed by racking the slide, etc. While I get the CONCEPT, it seems way too gimmicky and prone to causing problems when you are least expecting them. Plus, even if the INTENTIONS were good, looking at their page makes me think of slimy types who prey on folks due to tragic circumstances. IMHO, of course.
