not sure if this would fit in the general category, so I'm putting it here.
I just upgraded my Surefire 6P flashlight from the extra bright incandescent bulb to the extra, extra bright LED bulb which accepts a wider range of supply voltages. So now I'm looking for rechargeable CR123 batteries.
Does anyone have brand recommendations for CR123 rechargeables? On Amazon I see mainly Tenergy and Ultrafire
thanks

Re: rechargeable CR123 batteries
I would like to find a solar charger that will charge CR123 batteries.

Re: rechargeable CR123 batteries
Take a look at this charger. If you scroll through the pics of the charger to the pic showing the back of the charger it says input 2 is 12vdc. You should be able to connect this charger to a solar panel setup and charge RCR123 batteries. The Annoyed Man wrote:I would like to find a solar charger that will charge CR123 batteries.

The 4th pic from the left shows the back of the charger.

Battery Junction http://www.batteryjunction.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; is the best source I have found for flashlights and batteries. I have two sets of Tenergy CR123 Li-Ion's and have had one set in my O-Light tactical light that sits on the dresser for almost a year and they are still going strong without a recharge. Granted, I don't use the light very much, but have probably gotten an hour on it over the year and still woring great.
