They know where it is!

Supposedly.
It would be cool if they could give some closure to the families. I hope they can find enough to know if the pilot did a suicide dive or if something knocked it from the sky.

This is basically the same story, on a different web site, that I linked to a couple posts above, with the same misleading headline. They don't know where it is. They think the know where it probably is.

After all these years and with what they know now about the pilot, I really think the pilot flew that darned airplane straight down into the ocean. Hitting that water from 25K feet would have disintegrated that airplane. That is why they only find a piece here and there. I really don't believe any of the stories about foriegn actors taking it down. We would know by now if that had happened.

Man says it went into a 20 minute holding patter off coast of Sumatra.
Richard Godfrey has been tracking the Boeing 777's flight path using WSPRnet - which uses radio signals - and claims to have made a major breakthrough.

He says the plane was put into a holding pattern for around 22 minutes near the coastline of Sumatra, an Indonesian island, reports AirlineRatings.

Godfrey says using WSPRnet he is able to track all aircrafts going back as far as 2009.

The engineer also claims he will be able to trace MH370 to its final resting place by the end of this month.

He said: "What I found out, without looking for it, was that MH370 entered a race track holding pattern at around 19:12 UTC.

“I was surprised to discover that not only did MH370 enter a holding pattern but that the holding pattern lasted for around 22 minutes until 19:34 UTC.
I could believe this. What was released in the media was clearly fiction. Whatever happened it is clear Obama never wanted the truth to get out and buried it, per his usual.

Western Australian fisherman nine years ago pulled up a large piece of a wing of an airplane, and just now wants to talk about it. Told authorities at the time but they were uninterested.
Cut it loose from their nets. Didn’t cut off a piece, didn’t take a picture, didn’t talk to press till now.

There was clearly deception involved in this missing flight. The initial search area was off the coast of Vietnam when Thailand already knew the aircraft had flown over Thailand to the Indian ocean. Engine telemetry data was suppressed and what data was finally released was clearly fake.

Somebody didn't want anyone to ever find that airplane.

I wouldn't rule out simple incompetence. In the immediate aftermath of a disaster, there is always a lot of confusion.
