How embarrassing to have to call 911 to be rescued from your own house cat.

My call to 911 would have been to get help removing my boot from that cat's posterior.

We have two that I love dearly.

One is a Manx who loves water so much that when I head into the shower he joins me.

All our cats have been rescued primarily by me.
Same here. Our orange cat is my buddy, takes showers with me. Tries real hard to talk

Yeah, no kidding. We used to have a 130lb dog who, while in the presence of my parents, dared to growl at my mom... once... Amazingly smart creatures, dogs are. If you grab them by the underside of their neck and flip them up over their hind legs onto their back, they can even understand threats made in english! I miss that dog... very loyal and protective, once we sorted out whose toys he was playing with.
Had a 110 lb German shepherd bite me once. Grabbed his tail hauled him up off his hind feet and chomped down on his tail. I then yelled NO at him. That dog became the best GSD I ever had. Course I spent 5 minutes spitting fur out of my mouth!

From a friend of mine:

"If you get trapped in your bedroom by an angry cat, it's time to reevaluate some of your life choices."

And my addendum, If you then send your cat to a pet psychiatrist, you might want to evaluate the need for one yourself.

Does Obamacare cover pet shrinks?

Supposedly, if Fluffy likes his therapist, he can keep him.
