Krispy Kreme cheeseburger

I think there needs to be a fried snickers in there somewhere.

That will be washed down with a Blue Bell vanilla milkshake for dessert.

I saw some made when I lived in Atlanta (can't remember exactly where. They actually split the donut in half and turned the icing side inside to the burger (I guess to make sure your hands didn't get sticky).

I never tried one but I'm guessing there's not a way to eat that without your hands getting messy...
