Very sad ordeal.
My prayers go out to Mr. Bradshaw and his family.
"A former north Texas police officer is in the fight of his life, now must bury his wife after suffering from a debilitating virus.
Truman Bradshaw was an officer in Blue Mound when a suspect bit him during a scuffle, which later developed into Hepatitis C. After assurances that he could not pass it to his wife from doctors, his wife did indeed get the virus."

I'm not a genius, but if I got the virus from someone else I'm not going to believe that I can't then pass it on to someone else as well. Still sorry his service cost his wife her life.
