I've used Frost for my law firm for years and was very happy with their service.

Koine2002,
If you have questions about Frost I can answer them for you. I am not a banker but I do work for them. As far as opinions go I wont spout off as I dont use them personally because I work there. However, I can say that I have four friends/associates that have used them forever and really like their services. PM if you have any specific questions.

My experience with Chase is quite good. 3 branches close by, depending on what direction I'm heading and never more than one other customer in line. I do prefer to walk inside when depositing cash. Just a personal preference.

I hear good things about Frost but have not used them myself

In my role serving my church, I had dealings with Frost bank for several years. Everyone I dealt with was really great. I had zero complaints about any aspect of my experience with them. As of the last time I had to visit them, they were also not posted.

I was a customer for years with nary a problem.

I moved away from their location and had to go to a different bank as there are no Frost banks in my newish location or I'd still have them as my bank.

You may wish to explore a credit union. Consumer affairs radio host Clark Howard
and many others recommend them since they have zero or lower fees, for the same
services that bigger banks offer.
