Hillary may have a failed plan, but Trump expects the Chinese to handle things. Why don't I feel good about either one of these guys?

Consider that she's not going to have both houses, like Zero did to start (if elected) her term. That and there will be a number of States that refuse to play ball. I'm not looking for any insurrection or uprising, but a refusal on the part of individuals and State Governments which will infuriate Clinton. That's where things will get interesting.
