So they "clung to a slim hope" that Trump would ignore the will of the millions of voters who put him in office and implement the libtard agenda. That takes a special kind of stupid.Still, nothing prepared us for the magnitude of this train wreck. Like millions of other Americans, we clung to a slim hope that the new president would turn out to be all noise and bluster, or that the people around him in the White House would act as a check on his worst instincts, or that he would be sobered and transformed by the awesome responsibilities of office.
That entire article showed a complete detachment from reality.

Neil Gorsuch advanced to the floor of the Senate. Confirmation promised this week. Look out for the Reid Rule (AKA Nuclear Option) to be used by the Republicans this time.

Another thing he said he'd do on the campaign trail - not take the salary.President Trump will donate his first three months of salary to the National Park Service, White House press secretary Sean Spicer announced Monday.
"The president has spoken with counsel and made the decision to donate his first-quarter salary to a government entity," Spicer said at Monday's briefing.
Spicer handed a check for $78,333.32 for the National Park Service to Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke. Spicer said the paycheck starts from Jan. 20, when Trump took office, until now.
