The word sharpshooter is used to describe the officer who had the ND. Changing position on the roof resulted in the ND. Two people were injured with one ND, injuries were not life threatening.

I guess this is a modern rifle, although, I understand the WWII era, French rifles were often advertised as "never shot and dropped only once".
