I don't fully understand your post and I'm not referring to spelling errors, I'm sure you meant to post 'hit' not 'kit.
How could anyone expect N.K. not to use artillery and missiles?
I can't see how they wouldn't realistically be expected in any scenario not to, so what am I failing to understand?
Unless, they're decapitated by our using a nuke...

Yes, i am a horrible speller! Ok, let me try it this way.
North Korea's Artilery batterys are independently operated and are pointed on S Korea. Any loss of contact to the home base and they are to fire. If they fire, hundreds of thousands will loose their lives.
I fear any action will lead to this happening. This is a no win situation...
