East Texas Meetup/Breakfast

This area includes: Carthage, Gilmer, Gladewater, Hallsville, Jefferson, Kilgore, Marshall and surrounding areas.

Just wondered if anyone in these areas wanted to do a meetup/breakfast. Was thinking somewhere in Longview, that would be about a 30 min drive from most cities in the area. What say you?

Ok, I'll start putting some date/times up and go from there. I know most the breakfast places in Longview, like IHOP and wafflehouse, stay pretty busy most the day. If you want to try for a lunch meet, Texas Road House, even though busy, has a lot of seating, may have to wait a bit, but there is call ahead seating. Also there is a pretty good Tex-Mex place down the road, Little Mexico. Not to busy and the staff/owner are real nice, me and the wife eat there a lot. I know Road House and the mexican place are gun friendly, I oc there all the time.
