Anyone interested in a group buy of AR-15 lowers?

Post by comp73 »

Found a great deal on some Aeroprecision stripped lowers. This is the same company that makes lowers for armalite and noveske. $59.99 each for 10+ with free shipping. I would imagine that is to a single FFL, but I have never done a group buy, so I have no idea how this would work. Here's the link.

I've already got 3 spoken for so if anyone is interested, PM me or respond to the thread.

That seals it for me. No point in a group buy when I can get them cheaper individually.

EDIT* - That PSA deal was too good. I had to get 2 just for me.

Not only is it lonely... It's wrong. You have a moral duty to complete it.

Oh TAM... You had to play the Moral card...

And I just ordered two of these yesterday. Can I have my wife contact you for confirmation of this after I explain to her that I HAVE to get them built out right away?

I'm having a hard time not ordering a couple more. I already have enough parts to make 3 complete lowers but at this price might as well make it a half dozen. They have LPKs I thing for $50 but I'll stick with the Spike's for $64

You have to consider the OTD price to compare apples to apples. Some of the group buys sound good until you add FFL fees, etc. Now, if a group member was a FFL and offered to organize a group buy with a $5 markup for doing the paperwork, that might be worthwhile.
