For Politicians: Accurate Description of AR-15 Features
(I found this on another forum and just had to share it here.)
There are a lot of conflicting points of view on what the purpose and use of AR-15 parts, components, features, and accessories are for. This is the most accurate description I've ever seen so I wanted to share in hopes of helping clarify the technical jargon for future conversation sake...

It also doesn't talk about the 30 caliber magazine clip that it can shoot in half a second.

Your best option for personal security is a lifelong commitment to avoidance, deterrence, and de-escalation.
When those fail, aim for center mass.
