Indeed is a very good gun. Israel used FAL until, I believe, around Yom Kippur War. Too many problem in the battlefield 'cause of sand, leading to Galil.

I'll bet Andy can tell us more than we ever wanted to know about sand's effects on the FAL.

Andy, other than the folding stock, top rail, & just plain looking cool, what does that kit do for your rifle?
