New York Gov Cuomo Announcing New Gun Laws

A deal to give New York one of the toughest gun control laws in the nation is being negotiated by Gov. Andrew Cuomo, who, sources said Tuesday, is hoping to announce the plan Wednesday during his State of the State speech in Albany.

What does stop a crazy mass murder from dodging the most restrictive gun laws or stealing a registered semi-auto firearm and do his planning for his crime. The shooter most likely will self-terminate. Does anyone believe that the criminal would care about laws or stiff punishment.

People are demanding that the government "do something", but everything the government proposes with do nothing to solve the problem. In fact it will make it worse. Then they will demand that the government "do something" again. You can't fix stupid.

Man who knew that the solution was so simple...No assault weapons, stiffer penalties for using a gun to commit a crime(this might help with repeat offenders), new limits on the number of bullets in a gun magazine(omg they didn't call it a clip).
Thats it guys and gals! Now we can all know undoubtable that the children will be safe....Thank you so much Mr. Cuomo.......
"some people think we’re out of our minds....” I'd say no Mr. Cuomo I dont believe you had one to begin with.
