Victoria College freshman Marc Rodriguez bumped into a stranger on his way to the weight room Wednesday afternoon.

Rodriguez, 21, had never seen the man in the white shirt and blue cap. As they approached a narrow passageway in the college Sports Center, Rodriguez let the other man go through first.

The man seemed disoriented and not in a sound state of mind, Rodriguez thought briefly.

...

"I knew it was going to get serious when the man pulled out a gun."
an individual who's not currently a student did fire some shots and then ran from the building.
Guess he didn't get the memo that guns aren't allowed inside buildings wonder what "gang signs" he flashed. (video on bottom link)

Well, fortunately:
[the]suspect was "pretty quickly apprehended ... about 10 minutes after he fired the shots, actually."
Good thing they got him so fast. He didn't have a chance to hurt anyone ...

Yeah, like Colin Goddard's 10-minute workout ...

THIS time the school locked the students in classrooms so the shooter didn't need to bring chains and locks .... I guess that's progress, less weight carrying chains and locks so someone could carry more ammo .... I guess that's progress
