High Tech Jobs in Houston

#1

Post by Excaliber »

A company I do business with has asked my help in finding folks qualified for the following positions:

Linux Administrator
Windows Administrator
Perl / PHP Developer
Chat / Phone Tech Support Representative

If you have the qualifications and are interested, please PM me for their contact info.

To comply with their referral process, I'll need your:

First and last name
Email address
Phone number
The position you want to apply for.

Im not a tech person, but have a couple questions:
1- if I know someone "not" on this forum, can I pass them this info and then have them sign up and PM you back?
2- would this be for a permanent or temporary position?

thanks

These are permanent full time positions with a very rapidly growing company (a rarity in the current economic environment).

If you PM me with the info elements in the original post on your friend, I can still pave the way with a referral and then send him the company's contact info if that's OK with both you and him.

I work for this same company as a Linux Administrator. Do you work there? If so, what's your name? :tiphat:
I don't work for the company. I just know about the positions because I do business with them.

Would this employer happen to have "Do you know linux?" Billboards all over Houston? "rlol"

Whenever I see them, I say "Why Yes I do, but you can't come close to offering me enough" out loud... I think It's funny... I think I'm the only one. My wife doesn't laugh... :rolll

Sounds like Rackspace a few years back...as I've gotten older, so has the average age of the employees... "rlol" . I'm 31 now and the average age is just under that.

To keep it on topic, if anyone is looking for a tech job in San Antonio or Austin, let me know. I may be able to assist. I charge a finders fee though. One box of range ammo in .40 or .45. ;-)
