Telecommunications Field Technician/Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining telephone systems and equipment.
• This position is a Service and MAC job.
• They provide remote and on-site support to company's customers.
• The Field Technician is centrally dispatched and required to provide detailed information regarding the resolution of service tickets as they are completed.
• The Field Technician models appropriate behavior in regards to the company’s Core Values and supports the company’s team approach to Quality.
