Entry Level Help Desk

My company is looking for 3 entry level help desk people.

Primary responsibilities

Answering client/customer phone calls
Creating service tickets and performing initial triage of issues
Performing basic computer/network/server diagnostics
Virus/Malware removal

This is a fast paced environment but extremely fun and rewarding work. Great benefits and the people are awesome.
